Job Description : Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator provides support to the marketing team including task tracking, maintaining vendor lists, calendar management, and other related tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized and capable of multitasking multiple projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:

This role will be the liaison between other departments, vendors, and the executive team.
Perform administrative duties such as processing paperwork, answering calls/emails, dept. filing, maintaining department records.
Coordinates orders with other departments and tracks order delivery and accuracy.
Updates the “Marketing Spreadsheet” that lists all current activities at each property.
Perform market and vendor research.
Responsible for ordering necessary signage for all properties.
Submit documentation with other departments/accounting for finalization.
Handles all contracts and renewals for advertising.
Schedules team meetings, marketing appointments, takes notes at meetings, schedule travel arrangements where needed.
Help facilitate special projects and other company functions.
Managing invoices, coordinating events and photoshoots.
Assists with proofing marketing materials.
Handles all uniform and marketing apparel orders.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years administrative experience, marketing experience preferred.
Experience working with outside vendors and vendor coordination preferred.
Proficiency Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Standing, walking, bending, sitting, and ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance, adhering to Company standards.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to pass drug and background screenings.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
