Job Description : The Mike Ferry Organization has been helping Real Estate professionals achieve their goals for the last 47 years. We support Real Estate agents by producing innovative Real Estate training Workshops, Retreats, and individualized coaching. The goal is to enhance any agent’s ability to increase their production, listings, and income.
We are looking for an innovative hands-on Marketing Director that will embrace our current marketing strategies, bring fresh ideas, lead our team and won’t be afraid to roll up their sleeves in crunch time. Our goal is to improve online sales to new and existing clients through company branding, email marketing campaigns and social media.
Essential Duties:
· Develop marketing strategies for both new and existing events, products and services
· Drive implementation of the marketing strategy – including campaigns, events and digital marketing
· Create innovative content for online presence and company publications
· Implement fresh ideas for events, products and services
· Create/Run/Review Email campaigns
· Partner with management and executives to define marketing materials and programs
· Manage the day-to-day activities of the marketing team, providing guidance and feedback
· Manage social media presence and increase brand recognition
Preferred Education and Experience:
· MUST have experience with Marketing Automation. Hubspot, Marketo, Marketing Cloud, for example.
· Experience writing, proofing, and/or approving copy that is relevant to the brand
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
· At least 5-10 years of experience in a Marketing management role
· Must have some design experience, backed up by a current portfolio
· Thorough knowledge of web analytics and AdWords
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
· Ability to perform a variety of duties with extreme care and attention to detail
· Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in record keeping
· Excellent organizational skills
· Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage diverse projects simultaneously
· Outstanding written and verbal skills
· Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
· Ability to lead and mentor a team
· Ability to follow-through
· Real Estate marketing experience preferred, but not required (must be willing to learn)

· Enjoys fast-paced work environment with lots of activity and high volume.
· Must be prepared to jump in and be a team leader and to lead by example.
· Must possess a sense of urgency and understand the need to meet deadlines.
Position Type/Hours of Work:
This is a full-time salaried position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Benefits:
Full benefits provided after 90 days. Company paid medical, basic life insurance and long-term disability, paid vacations and holidays, options for dental, vision, voluntary life and short-term disability, as well as AFLAC products.
Company closure from Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day to spend time with your family, paid as a gift from the Company.

Salary is dependent upon experience.

We are located in Southwest Las Vegas just off the 215 between Durango and Rainbow, 89113.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
