OverviewEstablished and welcoming, The Club at ArrowCreek is quickly becoming Reno’s premier private golf and country club. Reno’s only private 36-hole Club, we are completing a three-year and $60M+ renovation, bringing accolades and new members from all across the country. The Club boasts a vast array of activities and facilities including two beautifully designed golf courses with spectacular views of the valley below, brand new fitness facilities, two contemporary swimming pools with 6 cabanas, multiple new dining venues to host a variety of social events. Located in Southwest Reno, the Club is only minutes away from high end shopping, world class entertainment and luxury real estate.
Reports To: Director of Golf
Location: The Club at ArrowCreek, Reno, NV
Position Purpose: To assist in the day-to-day Golf Shop Operations
General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responsible to continually monitor, implement and adhere to all company goals, policies, procedures and controls
· Assists members and guests with the sale of merchandise, scheduling starting times, etc.
· Maintains the Golf Shop merchandise in an orderly fashion. Keeps displays neat and fresh
· Responsible for data entry of all merchandise into inventory POS system
· Coordinate and conduct monthly inventories
· Work closely with Golf Professionals to maintain inventory control, tagging and reorders of par stock items
· Cleans and vacuums the Golf Shop as needed
· Provide above and beyond service
· Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Golf
Education/Experience
· High School education or its equivalent
· Must have basic computer skills
· Must have good telephone skills and customer relations / communication skills
· Must be able to accurately handle monetary transactions
Physical Requirements
· Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. to waist height
· Frequent bending, turning, kneeling and stooping
· Must be able to stand for extended periods
· Repetitive motion required including computer entry
· Must be able to fluently speak and write the English language
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
