Our associates focus on how they can improve our customers’ experience, through new products, system design and training, or services to manage inventory and overhead.
As a full-time Mold Maker, you are responsible for maintaining, fixing, and building plastic injection molds for production. You will support the company’s quality policy objectives by manufacturing the highest quality tooling to enable the production of superior injection molded parts. You will report directly to the President.
Responsibilities/daily tasks

Design molds to drawing specifications and determine the sequence of operations necessary for construction
Examine tool/piece part drawings and inspect completed molds
Program and operate CNC machines
Operate mill, grinder, lathe, and EDM machines
Accountable for assigned repair work and preventive maintenance within the tool room
Perform additional duties as assigned
Explores opportunities to improve and streamline job responsibilities continually
Completes assigned jobs on-time to help meet customer ship-by-date
Always maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

GED and minimum of 10 years mold making experience
