If you love a fast-paced and variety in your work this role could be a great fit for you! This position includes processing Nevada Medicaid claims and Mailroom functions.
Essential Job Functions

Processing inbound and outbound mail
Scanning
Researching claims, provider contacts, returned mail and claim appeals
Maintaining logs and reporting information
Processing Nevada Medicaid claims per defined criteria and instructions
Outreach to assist the provider community

Qualifications

High school diploma or G.E.D.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally
Ability to access and retrieve information using a PC
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products.
Organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds

Work Environment

Core Hours are M-F with start time between 6:30am and 7:00am. No night, holiday, or weekend hours!
Training provided!
