Job Description : Position Responsibilities

Print the schedule for one week out and complete all OB authorizations/benefits for all procedures/ultrasounds/injections
Complete global paperwork on all Pregnancy Confirmation/New OB patients and call them to inform them of global benefits and the amount due for Pregnancy Confirmation visit and New OB visit, add notes and flags
Call patients to inform them of amounts due for procedures/ultrasounds/injections in the office if more than $50
