Roles and Responsibilities
1. Invite Proposals, RFPs from various bidders.
2. Preparation commercial comparative statement. Knowledge of statistical analysis
3. Complete 1st level negotiations as per vertical head guidance.
4. Prepare draft for management approval note,
5. Preparation of POs.in PeopleSoft and Follow up with finance team for vendor payment.
6. Must have knowledge of procurement of DG, HVAC low side, Electrical low side, Fire & safety systems, Civil, Transformers, AIS, GIS, HT panel, LT panels, bus ducts, UPS, Chillers,
7. Ensuring compliance and adherence to procurement procedures, policies & ethical policies such as code of conduct.
8. Support on all procurement activities relating from Purchase Request to Purchase Order (PR to PO) in PS system.
9. Correspond with vendors regarding prices, product availability, and on time material
10. Respond to inquiries from requestor regarding requisitions, purchase orders, contracts and pricing information
11. Resolve payment related queries of vendors Empanelment and evaluation of Vendors. Negotiation and execution.
12. MIS related to PR and PO.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Should be well versed with Opex and Capex procurement policies.
2. Should have knowledge in SAP MM or PeopleSoft.
