Job Description : Administrative assistant who can help take our team to the next level bringing us to 100 million in sales in 2021 and finishing off 2020 at 25 million. There are three main priorities and many smaller tasks. This role requires some collaboration and leadership skills. It requires organizing systems, multiple schedules, and creating efficiency within the team. There will be room for growth for the right person.
Compensation:
$24,000 – $60,000
Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates
Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
Plan community events to market the company and increase brand awareness
Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community
Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties

CRM management
Tracking and presenting team sales statistics
Marketing and Web Presence
Other temporary and permanent responsibilities may be a necessity as we are growing and transitioning

Qualifications:

Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers

Resourcefulness is imperative
