Job Description : We’re a small, family-owned construction company in Las Vegas that provides specialty trade services to owners and builders of high-end custom residential homes. Our team consists of eight tradesmen, two foremen, and two managing partners. We’re seeking a qualified and experienced Office Manager to take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation of our small office.

Your full-time role will include providing a full range of day-to-day office management duties, including:

first point of contact phone & email, routing messages, gathering information
data collection & entry, physical & digital records management
accounts receivable & payable processing
payroll processing & HR records management
producing regular financial and managerial reports
update and maintain standard policies, protocols, and forms
mailing/delivery/errands/purchasing/office supplies management
participate, contribute, and take notes in regular meetings
additional administrative support to managing partners as requested

You will have the flexibility to propose (and implement, if approved) procedures and systems to improve the smooth running of the office. This is a mostly autonomous role and you will need to be comfortable managing a wide range of associated tasks and deadlines. This position will suit you if you have good interpersonal skills, previous office management experience, and don’t need constant direct supervision.
You should be proficient in the use of iPhone and Mac devices, including the following native applications: Finder, Preview, Calendar, Contacts, Mail, Pages, and Numbers. You should have a working knowledge of accounting in construction and bookkeeping proficiency using QuickBooks Online. You’ll also need to be proficient in the use of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to create, edit, combine, convert, and optimize PDF files.
