Charlie Health has set out on a mission to reimagine how high acuity care is delivered to teens and young adults—particularly those in rural populations. We’re building the world’s first infinitely scalable, virtual-first mental health practice. Our initial offering is a virtual intensive outpatient program (vIOP), which connects like-minded virtual groups with therapists that specialize in their specific mental health needs.

About The Role

The Office Manager will be responsible for in-office administrative tasks and support the clinical outreach team with projects on an as-needed basis. This candidate must be based in Bozeman area and be able to work in-person at the Charlie Health office.

Responsibilities

Assist the PNW Outreach and in-office team in all aspects of office and outreach operations, including: marketing, outreach scheduling, direct mail distribution, creating business development assets, printing and post office needs, HR on-boarding, and any and all organizational needs both for headquarters and for outreach team members based in PNW.
Work closely with internal partners including – marketing, product, client success, etc. to deliver on Go to Market goals.
Create collateral for various educational meetings, capabilities presentations, and networking events alongside the outreach team in Montana for both in-person events and virtual meetings.

Qualifications

Microsoft Office proficiency
Graphic Design Experience
Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural
effective consultative style
The ability to energize, communicate and build rapport at all levels within an
organization
Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and
manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience
advising, presenting to and persuading senior corporate personnel
Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with highly-talented professionals
