Job Description : Hello!
We are the POP Fit (www.popfitclothing.com) and Cheek Boss (www.CheekBoss.com) Warehouse in Las Vegas! We are a woman-run, body positive clothing company.
We just moved into a brand new Warehouse (100% weather controlled – air conditioned and heated – hooray!) and we are hiring!
This position is just like shipping orders from stores. We are fast-paced and a growing company!

TRAINING BONUS

$320 Bonus – Successfully complete your 35-day Training and Evaluation Period and receive a $320 Guaranteed Bonus!

PAY

Starting 1-6 Months = $10/hr
Guaranteed +$1.00 RAISE @ 6 Months
Guaranteed +$2.00 RAISE @ 12 Months
Guaranteed +$2.00 RAISE @ 24 Months

WEEKLY INCENTIVES
You have a chance every week to meet your incentives! $200 per week Incentives and Overtime pay available

INCENTIVE 1 = $40 per week = There is a $40 weekly bonus for perfect attendance. (Starts after you clear your training period)
INCENTIVE 2 = $40 per week = There is a $40 weekly bonus for hitting goals for your Performance & Accuracy Goals for your department. (Starts after you clear your training period)
INCENTIVE 3 = $120 per week = Up to 8 Hours of Overtime Offered Weekly paid at 1.5x ($120 per week optional OT starting your 2nd week)

HOURS

40 Hours Guaranteed every week / Your schedule is posting weekly
Weekend availability is required
Day Shift Only- Start at 6:30am, end at 3:00pm

DUTIES

Stocking Items – Check sku/ size accuracy while stocking product
Receiving Inventory – Receive inventory off containers into our computer system
Picking Orders – Collecting items in the warehouse to fulfill orders.
Quality Control – Check all items to ensure they are in good condition
Pack Orders – Be sure the pickers have picked the correct items for the order
Shipping Orders – label packages and sort the mail
Other – all other warehouse tasks including inventory, supply checking, etc

REQUIREMENTS

Responsible, dependable and honest
Must have a strong sense of urgency
Must be at least 18 years old
Fluency in both written and spoken English
Must be able to lift, carry, push or pull up to 40lbs
Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
Specific vision abilities required to include (with or without corrective lenses): close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
Move about inside a warehouse without climate control, standing and walking for up to an entire shift, year-round
Ability to stand continuously for long periods of time.
Must be able to constantly position self to access product locations (stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, squat, and reach)
Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance
