We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled inventory and compliance manager to support the management and operation manager. This is a full-time position. The position requires a reliable individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask and assist the management with all stages of the inventory process. At the same time, the candidate shall maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work area. The manager will also work with the manager to maintain and monitor the country, state compliance requirements.
General Responsibilities:

Follow SOPs strictly.
Responsible for collecting operation, distribution and inventory data and maintaining METRC Track & Trace and all other Compliance database programs and assisting in the cultivation area.
Responsible for transferring data from paper format into database systems via keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners
Responsible for performing cycle count and crosscheck with METRC system for accuracy.
Responsible for performing daily/weekly audits of physical inventory.
Responsible for reporting on inventory activities and variances on daily/weekly basis.
Responsible for inputting and auditing data provided directly from different sources.
Responsible for maintaining inventory levels within a 5% parameter and accurately log all discrepancies
Assisting the Operation Manager and accounting department in preparing reports and collecting documents as needed
Ensure filing system and related paperwork are well organized and accurate
Work closely with the Operation Manager to provide feedback to continuously inventory management.
Responsible for maintaining proper records and work with inspectors.
Responsible for maintaining distribution/warehouse area in compliance, and cleanliness by State regulations and standards.
Assisting the management for overseeing and participating in the construction and maintenance of facilities.
Assisting the Operation Manager in overseeing and training general labors in safety procedures, company policies and ensure compliance.
Assisting the management to communicate with customers and project managers regarding the status of their orders.
Assisting the operation manager and accounting department all aspects of multiple production contracts, invoicing, sales order receivables and payables.
Assisting the operation manager for coordinating product distribution and deliveries as required.
Responsible for keeping work areas clean, maintained, and safe.
Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned

*Requirements
· Bi-lingual Chinese speaker preferred! H1B sponsor available!

Proficient with data entry/tracking system and ability to enter data efficiently and accurately
Preferably have a basic understanding of all METRC compliance regarding labeling, inventory, testing, transferring, and manifesting
Computer literate with proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet. QuickBooks experience preferred.
Strong communication skills in written and verbal.
Integrity, reliability, honesty, self-motivated.
Excellent time-management skills
Effectively plan and prioritize tasks
Strong focus with utmost attention to detail
B.S./B.A. degree in accounting and auditing experience preferred.
Bilingual in Chinese and English a must.
Requires a minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
