Position : Optometry Front Desk Personnel – Summerlin office FT/PT

Job Description : Arclight Eye Care is looking for a friendly and self-motivated receptionist to join our team. You will be working directly with doctors and patients directly. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who are interested in learning more about healthcare or is already experienced in the field.

Strong algebra mathematic skills

Job duties:

Greet patients in person and on the phone
Collect and verify patient information
Register patients to the electronic medical records system
Assist patients to complete forms and documentations
Inform patients on procedures and policies
Maintain and manage patient records
Maintain good patient flow
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Verify insurance and collect payments
Complete other clerical duties as assigned, including assisting in billing insurances
Ensure office is well maintained, clean and well organized at all times
Protect patient’s privacy according to HIPAA regulations

Location:
This position will be mostly at the Summerlin clinic, and might need to travel to our Henderson clinic occasionally.

Summerlin: 8750 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89117
Compensation: $10-$15/hr based on experience, plus monthly team bonus

8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
