Position : Order Processing Manager

Job Description : Order Processing Manager
The Order Processing Manager in our Nevada Warehouse oversees the orders from all online channels to ensure accurate fulfillment processes. The Order Processing Manager responsibilities include supervising associates, coordinating logistical processes, and preparing relevant documentation. The Order Processing Manager is motivated to guide and support team members, highly efficient in autonomously prioritizing daily tasks, and has strong communication and leadership skills. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
Duties and Responsibilities

Organize and direct workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
Hires and trains new staff
E-Commerce order entry, transaction, and invoice management
Order fulfillment and control
Provides guidance to other team members on matters of process, procedure, and organizational compliance
Coordinate sales orders and shipment of products with the Plant Manager
Oversee preparation of manifests for shipping
Provides accurate order status in the form of order updates

Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in Excel
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Experience in the full Microsoft Suite applications and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with ERP, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Organization, efficiency, and attention to detail are also a must
Drive, flexibility, and multi-tasking capability with ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Experience managing remotely
Communication Proficiency
Strong decision-making skills
Communicate and read effectively in the English Language, bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Experience with batch orders and production
Must be a fast learner and quick to pick up on new processes
Three years’ experience in supervisory/management role, preferably in order processing or customer service
High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
