This is a dynamic role where you will be a key part of our Warehouse Team with objectives including:

Filling customer orders in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security and productivity.
The completeness and correctness of all orders filled

Our warehouse includes dry, cooler and freezer storage. We’ll provide the cooler/freezer wear but be prepared to work in temperatures as low as -10.
This position will require you to lift (up to 100lbs) and bend throughout your shift.

On a normal day/night you might

Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment utilizing a pallet jack while working in a team environment
Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area
Conduct operations in compliance with OSHA and food safety standards
Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety
Ensure orders accurate and free of damage
Label orders as requested
Inspect and perform minor maintenance on the equipment
Conduct physical inventories as required
Meet company standards for productivity

An ideal Warehouse team member:

Is at least 18 years old
Is willing to work a flexible schedule including Sunday. Shift begins at 3:45pm and ends at approximately 11:45pm
Is responsible and consistently maintains good attendance and demonstrate punctuality
Has the ability lift up to 75 lbs repetitively
Is able to read stickers/labels including numbers and can count and perform simple math
Is willing to work in different temperatures (Freezer -10, Cooler 28 to 38, Dry ambient temps) and fast paced environment

Hourly Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hour plus incentive after training (Mid-range $19 and upper range $25+)
Hourly pay rate is determined by location
