RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE
Our Associates ensure that our guests find the most meaningful experience and provide customers with the highest level of service, emphasizing courteous and knowledgeable assistance. Maximize sales through listening, learning the products and effective sales techniques. Make sure that all customers have a wonderful shopping experience that inspires them to come back often.
Primary Job Functions- The Details…
Customer Service
· Our PANDORA Specialist delivers our customers the highest level of customer service, emphasizing courteous and knowledgeable assistance to each and every customer and ensures they love our stores and our jewelry as much as we do.
· Watches, listens, interacts and follows up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to resolve any issues.
· Models customer service for associates and promote sales whenever interacting with associates and customers.
Retail Sales
· Accountable for increasing sales, UPT, ADS and making sales goal.
· Reviews sales goals and targets and make sure is aware of daily, monthly, and yearly goals.
· Communicates with associates regarding pertinent information on daily, event or seasonal business issues.
· Be knowledgeable of merchandise on the floor as well as in the backroom.
· Communicates any missed sales opportunities due to product to Store Director.
· Creates and cultivates loyal customer following with new customers as well as existing by maintaining records and following up with continual communication.
Merchandising
· Understands and facilitates the execution of company visual merchandising standards.
· Oversees the maintenance of floor standards to ensure customer satisfaction, provide a pleasant and safe shopping environment and maximize the opportunity for sales.
Operations Management
· Addresses asset protection issues that may occur in a manner that there is neither a loss to the company or an uncontrollable situation with the customer.
· Responsible for protecting company assets.
· Responsible for other duties as assigned or developed.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS- How you STAND OUT….
· Equivalent prior retail work experience
· Extensive sales training provided
· Excellent communication and time-management skills
· Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
· Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the business
· Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
