Job Description : Local commercial property maintenance company seeking FULL-TIME technicians to perform parking lot sweeping duties.
Job Details for Technicians-Daily Maintenance of Scheduled Properties-Empty Trash Cans Daily-Change Out Trash Can Bags & Ash Can Sandas Needed-30-40 hours per week-Work to be done at NIGHT: 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM-Upkeep of Vehicles and Equipment-Team Oriented
Requirements for Technicians-Must Be Legal to Work in the US-Valid DMV Issued Drivers License-Parking Lot Sweeping experience preferred not required-Transportation to and from work”COVID-19 Precaution(s):

Social distancing guidelines in place
Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
