As a member of our VIP Partnerships team, you can expect to work with some amazingly talented people invested in your growth and development. The VIP Partnerships team at BiOptimizers is the department where we nurture relationships with influencers and larger health and wellness brands. You will be responsible for assisting in optimizing monthly paid podcast, YouTube and Facebook partners’ campaigns while archiving documents and updating scorecards. The VIP Partnerships team is an integral in ensuring we meet our revenue goals.
The Details

Compensation: $22.50 USD per hour
Job Type: Full Time
Remote: 100% work from home.
The team has recurring meetings scheduled during Eastern US time zone business hours.

In your first 3 months, you will…

Reporting and Analytics: be able to navigate across all scorecards, google drive, and campaign tracking folders, and provide updates proactively and independently.
Campaign Asset Management: be able to manage ongoing sponsored partnership campaigns for podcasts, YouTube and Facebook ad campaigns.
New Partnership Management: manage new partner onboarding by sending VIP packs, updating our project management software, Hubspot and other tracking documents.
Partner Nurturing: follow our quarterly shipments process, partner nurturing process and partner follow-ups for testimonials, feedback and new deals.
Performance Optimization: assist with split tests by calculating aggregated data

In your first 12 months, you will…

Be 100% accurate in your scorecard updates and have everything archived as per the established process.
Be confident in ensuring all links and discount codes are accurately updated while distributing scripts to all our partners.
Have a complete understanding on how to calculate split test data.

You will have the opportunity to interact with industry thought leaders to create exciting ad campaigns. We are looking for a candidate who is skilled in critical thinking and excels with following established processes. You will be skilled at providing meeting notes and delegate/coordinate action items with different teams.

Panel Interview: a 60-minute video call with Martin (Talent Acquisition Specialist), Justina (Partnerships Manager) andJoey (Director of VIP Partnerships) to discuss your background, BiOptimizers, and answer your questions about the team and growth trajectory. Reference Check: At this point, we will ask for some references to email as part of our due diligence. Offer: Ideally, this is the part where we make the offer, you accept, and we all celebrate!
