Position : PASSENGER SERVICE COORDINATOR
Job Description : Prospect Airport Services Inc. is looking for individuals who would enjoy working in a fast pace airport environment. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with strong work ethic and professionalism to perpetuate our company’s reputation as one of the leading airline vendors.
The Passenger Service Coordinator position will require you to monitor and mediate the flow of passengers deplaning and arriving at your assisted concourse area. You will assist travelers and airlines needing special assistance or with disabilities on their arrival and departure flights. The coordinator job duties include helping board and deplane passengers at the gate area who are in need of wheelchair assistance, stage and coordinate assigned concourse and airline, and communicate with employee and airline personnel. The job requires candidates to be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and walk and stand for long periods of time. Candidates need to be customer service oriented and have great compassion for others.
