Job Description : At CXIS, we’re P&C Insurance Specialists and are recognized industry-wide for the quality, experience, and specialized expertise of our licensed professionals.
The P&C Insurance Customer Support Specialist – Work from home (Permanent) interacts with policyholders and agents to address product questions, policy clarifications, and related customer insurance needs. In this permanent Work-from-home position the Associate serves as a liaison between policyholders and internal functions such as underwriting and accounting. The candidate utilizes various technology applications to assist with serving policyholder needs. Candidates must be P&C licensed (producer, although it is not a sales role). The hours for this position are Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM CT / 9 AM – 6 PM MT / 8 AM – 5 PM PT.
