The People and Culture Manager is an integral part of the People and Culture Department. From the recruitment and selection process to orientation, training, benefits administration, communication and overall employee relations, Human Resources is there for all employees.

The People and Culture Manager will coordinate and organize a range of development activities, including new hire orientation, that contribute to the attainment of the Company’s clearly prescribed performance standards and Hotel Goals. This highly visible role also provides additional support to the People and Culture teams’ management of benefits and recruitment programs.
We are looking for individuals who are dynamic, inspirational, FUN and have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Applicants must possess a high proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Publisher and MS Power Point and have working knowledge of HRIS systems. The ability to possess a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the office is essential. Applicants must also have a high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
