Job Description : A couple in Las Vegas looking for an excellent, experienced full time Personal Assistant.
Monday – Friday, core hours 9am – 5pm; but a light 24/7 attitude expected, and some weekend work may be needed (not regular)
Location: Most work can be undertaken remotely, but at least weekly visits to the Las Vegas properties required
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year (non-exempt)
Benefits: Health, PTO, Vacation
The Family: Two principals, and two large dogs
The Homes: Two in Las Vegas, one in Hawaii.
The Role
The Personal Assistant (PA) is expected to provide administrative and day-to-day general support to the Principal and their family as needed. General responsibilities include calendar and appointment management, personal errands, shopping, and booking family travel, etc. The PA will be the primary point of contact for the day-to-day running of the homes and their suppliers.

Requirements:
· Strong command of English language; superb communication skills, both written and verbal
· Valid Driver’s License and legally able to work within the United States
· Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
· Local to Las Vegas
· A number of years’ experience in a similar role.
· Comfortable with large dogs
· Familiar with Savant and Lutron
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
