Your role at Clorox:
The HR Representative will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations within in the Human Resources Department. They will support our hiring processes from sourcing through the onboarding, payroll, associate relations, and company-employee communication. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar using HR software and tools.
In this role, you will:
Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
Submits online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks.
Conducts audits of payroll and/or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
Assists with processing of terminations.
Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
Providing quality customer service, responding to employees’ questions as it relates to their paychecks.
Entering, auditing, and submitting payroll utilizing time clock and payroll processing systems.
Utilizing attendance tracking systems as well as applicant tracking systems.
During the production payroll process, ensure accuracy of payroll data and provide subject matter expert support to field payroll personnel so that payroll at field locations is done in accordance with company policy as well as federal/state/local laws.
Run various reports using Ultipro as it related to auditing payroll prior to confirmation
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
At least two years related experience required supporting Coordination of Human Resources functions and Payroll.
