Position : Plastic Surgery Front Desk Coordinator
Job Description : Only Candidates who include a cover letter and complete the Indeed testing and phone interview will be considered for this position.
Prominent Upscale Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Practice seeking a dynamic, energetic, outgoing and organized Front Desk Coordinator to assist in strengthening our coordinated “patient experience”. Qualities required:
· Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
· High computer proficiency and good typing skills.
· Detail-oriented focus.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills via telephone, written word and face to face.
· Professional appearance and grooming.
· Ability to effectively sustain multiple simultaneous tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service and accuracy.
· Good time management skills.
· Good understanding of project process.
· Cleanliness, neatness and good organizational skills.
· Understanding of HIPAA requirements.
· Medical office experience required – Plastic Surgery/Aesthetics experience preferred.
Duties Summary:
· Customer service position focusing on patient support for all patients in the practice.
· Social interface with patients and their families from the initial phone call and throughout the patient/practice relationship.
· Manage and transfer phone calls with multiple lines.
· Patients/ prospect education on procedures and products with referral of questions to proper staff resource.
· Manage patient check in and check out process.
· Manage clerical tasks including chart management, document scanning, appointments, daily transactions, reports etc.
· Manage reception environment and patient hospitality.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
