Job Description : Your field of responsibility
An outstanding opportunity to join us as a PMO specialist ensuring high quality delivery and control on a dedicated group of programs and projects. Your role will include: Governance and Control with strong business-case oversight; Communication & Quality Management; Oversight of program budget actual spend and forecasting. Co-ordination program budgeting and annual planning exercise; Oversight of change control / benefits realization tracking/ milestones/ RAID etc.; compliance with bank standards and regulators.

Your skills and experience
You’ll be a good match, if you have:
Proven experience as PMO Staff (minimum 1-2 years of relative experience)
Strong capability with MS Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Knowledge of Project Management Tools like Microsoft Project and/or JIRA will be added advantage
Outstanding communication skills and comfortable dealing with senior partners
Ability to convey and report clearly, accurately, and concisely through written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently, self-motivated and task oriented, as well as ability to work as a team-player; working seamlessly with colleagues around the world
An ability to multi-task on a day to day basis, handling ongoing projects as well as ad-hoc issues that demand immediate attention
Understanding of project management methods and approaches
Sense of urgency and ownership
Proactive – ability to handle work autonomously
Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills
