Job Description : PCIHIPAA in Las Vegas, NV is looking to hire a full-time Product Support / Computer Support to respond to calls and chats as well as assist our customer success managers. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PRODUCT SUPPORT / COMPUTER SUPPORT
As a Product Support / Computer Support for our company, your job is to ensure that our customers succeed in using our product, which secures their clients’ information. Your day is busy and productive as you back up the customer success managers by answering incoming calls and chats. In addition, you manage a small book of business, assist with additional research, undertake data entry projects, and back up our merchant service team. Always willing to go above and beyond, you take on any other task that will resolve our customers’ concerns. As you do so, our clients notice your knowledge and positivity. Your ability to problem-solve makes them feel like they are in safe hands, which is something our company prides itself on. You are proud to play such an important role!

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to type 45+ words a minute

Do you have excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage client expectations? Can you multitask? Do you have great presentation and phone skills? Are you eager to improve and progress in your abilities? If yes, you might just be perfect for this product support role!

WORK SCHEDULE
This product support / computer support works a full-time schedule and is in our Las Vegas office.
