Job Description : As a Production Operator, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people’s lives!

Immediately Hiring!
$21.84-29.95 an hour, depending on experience.

$1000 Sign on bonus available

1st and 2nd shift openings
Shift differentials.
Wage Increase opportunity for new hires every 6 months.
Health and Dental Benefits immediately available on start date.
3 weeks’ vacation + 12 Paid Holidays Annually + Sick Leave Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

You will work in an industrial manufacturing environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place
Read production order tickets and perform operations as instructed to ensure quality and inventory accuracy are maintained.
Operate industrial machinery including industrial powered equipment, process control screens, and industrial filling equipment.
Maintain and clean production equipment to ensure cleanliness and equipment reliability.
Perform and record production data with high level of accuracy and paperwork and inventory scanning systems.
Maintain regular attendance at work.
All required personal protective equipment provided. (Steel Toe Shoes, Uniforms etc….)

Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day
High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred
Ability to work overtime as needed
