ERP System – Order Processing
A. Preparation of Project Estimations
B. Creating Purchase Quotation per Sales order
C. First Approvals.
D. Generate Production Sheet.
Vendor QC – 1 & Vendor QC – 2 image upload __
Vendor Management
A. Searching & Meeting New Vendors for Pricing/Quotation
B. Vendor KYC and Registration
C. Product Specifications & Dimensions etc.
D. Documentation to be given to vendors
E. Tracking and Follow up with for execution of Orders of Deliveries
MIS Reporting
A. Orders pending for Project Estimation
B. Orders pending for Purchase Quotation
C. Orders pending for QC – 1 & QC – 2
