Job Description : Our client, a leader in the trade show industry has a fantastic opportunity for a talented and dedicated individual to continue their success in this fast-paced industry making a huge comeback as the economy bounces back from the pandemic. You will be leading a team to provide a great customer experience in the most efficient manner possible. If you like a fast-paced “get it done” job, this is the one for you, and you are encouraged to submit your resume for immediate consideration.
Responsibilities
· Coordinate and manage project elements to include sub-contractors in logistics
· Ensure all project elements are completed on a timely basis
· Communicate with internal departments to address issues/concerns and projects continue as seamlessly as possible
· Engage customers/accounts/contacts effectively via timely communication, to meet and exceed expectations
Qualifications
· Minimum of 3 years trade show experience
· Effective oral and written communication skills
· Ability to adhere to high ethical standards
· Organization skills and the ability to multi-task existing projects
Pay
$60,000-$65,000 per year
Schedule
7:00 AM-3:30 PM | Monday through Friday
Overtime is required as needed
