We are a growing general contractor and real estate development company that designs and builds apartment communities.

What You Will Be Doing

Managing ground up apartment community projects in the Vegas area.

To plan, manage, and deliver the project on-time, in-budget, with exceptional safety and quality results

To lead everyone involved in the same direction to accomplish the mission on time and in budget

Must be result-driven to achieve milestones and great to work with

Solving constructability problems creatively and collaboratively

Documenting of entire project on behalf of the company and manage liability issues

What You Need for this Position

Experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
Experience with Multi Family, Apartments, Condos, ect.
