Job Description : We are looking for a prudent property manager to be responsible to sell our management services to prospect owners needing a new property manager.
This position requires a person who is a self-starter and can be detail oriented. applicant needs to possess solid verbal and written communication skills; time management skills; and is not afraid of taking the initiative in order to reach goals.
Requirements:
· Real Estate License (in Good Standing) or in completion process
· Real Estate Property Management License (in Good Standing) or in completion process
· Local, State & National Realtor Board Member (in Good Standing) or in completion process
· Working vehicle transportation
· Cellular Telephone with email receiving capabilities and professional voicemail
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
