Job Description : Position Overview:

The Community Relations Department is seeking Ambassadors to represent the Raiders at programs and events in a positive and professional manner. Ambassadors will gain a wide breadth of experience in the sports industry, as well as at non-football related events by supporting the efforts of various departments including but not limited to: Community Relations, Raiders Foundation and Youth Football. Raiders Ambassadors are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, while maintaining the core values of the Raiders organization. Raiders Ambassadors are expected to represent integrity, teamwork, and positivity.
Essential Job Functions:
Demonstrate exceptional customer service by engaging with guests through various interactive activities, programs, and events.
Provide positive experiences at various activation locations by serving as a greeter, checking in guests, providing directions, and responding to all guest questions or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
Serve as an official Raiders representative by executing a consistent brand experience at every touchpoint.
Assist with the set-up, execution, and take down of various programs to maintain and enhance the Raiders’ reputation of excellence.
Assist with equipment storage organization including, but not limited to set-up, inventory, upkeep, and maintenance.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in hospitality or an entertainment environment is preferred.
Must attend all mandatory shifts at the supervisors discretion; 2022 Gamedays, Draft Party, Training Camp, and Orientations.
Excellent communication, time management, organizational and customer service skills
Must be an approachable team player that is open to receiving and presenting feedback to improve job functions, skill sets and overall operations.
Ability to work well as a team as well as independently.
Ability to multi-task while remaining intentional, driven and detail oriented.
Present and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Must always work with integrity.
Knowledge of NFL and Raiders initiatives and programs is preferred.
Must be able to travel throughout Southern Nevada.
Ability to work extended hours and flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed.
Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):
Frequent walking, standing for long periods of time, sitting and stair climbing
Occasional bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling
Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
