Job Description : Recruiting Assistant

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

Assist management and all external candidates of the company
Handle office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, and being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace
Assist in all administrative tasks related to the recruiting department
Maintain current contact lists
Assist in building Job Descriptions and posting them on social media
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Communication with other departments
The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures
Other job duties assigned by management
Accounting Department

Experience in ADP- Workforce Now a plus
Clear communication on rates markups and invoicing policies
Assist other departments with tasks when needed

JobDiva:

Inputting notes about client, employee, and candidate interactions
Assisting with sourcing Candidates
Prescreening candidates and inputting notes
Posting Jobs
Notifying applicants about job status
Send New Hire Onboarding paperwork

This position will be based in Elko, NV

Requirements:

1-2 years experience in Recruiting or Human Resources
Knowledge in the mining industry a bonus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
Exceptional Customer Service experience strongly preferred
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
