Job Description : Access Health Dental is a group of innovative and dynamic dental practices. We are seeking an experienced, professional full-time Regional Manager to guide and lead the operations of our fast-paced practices. The ideal candidates for this position will have proven experience driving results in a group of dental practices. The Regional Manager will be responsible for driving the operating and financial performance of the Practices and encouraging Practice Managers toward achieving goals for the Practice’s growth and success.
In this role, you will directly contribute to the success of the company by:

Ensures the Practices provide exceptional service to ensure patient expectations are exceeded
Evaluates operating and financial performance to determine if Practice is operating optimally, assesses ways to meet and exceed growth goals and proposes potential changes to Practices to Practice Support Center, as necessary
Reviews relevant key performance metrics of each office to determine ‘gaps’ in performance; develops and implements plans to close gaps
Supports growth of hygiene program through conducting regular hygiene audits to identify perio opportunities

Minimum requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Minimum 10 years of experience managing a dental practice is required, including at least 5 years managing multiple practices
