Position : Residential Security Agent (seasonal, lodging available)

Job Description : Join our team of dedicated Executive Protection Security professionals – lauded by military.com as a top employer in this industry. As an Eagle Eye Residential Security Agent, you will work as part of a team to protect and secure our clients and their property. Residential Security Agents will work 12 hour shifts and must be in good overall physical, mental and emotional condition. Candidates must have a reputation as a team player and be willing to work long hours with ever-changing schedules. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to tactfully negotiate conflict and remain flexible is a must. This seasonal position is located in the north Lake Tahoe area. Nearby lodging will be available during work week.
The pay and benefits that we offer include:

Base pay: $38.50-$41/hour

Job Requirements: We are looking for people with extensive executive protection and residential security experience (military or law enforcement). Applicants should have excellent oral, written communication skill, analytical ability, and trustworthiness. Executive Protection and Residential Security Agents will work 12 hours shifts as needed to support the detail.
What you’ll do:

Make operational decisions that enhance safety for the principals.
Display effective communication with the principals, visitors and other team members.
Safeguard the principal/family, and their residence.
Maintain and manage security logs.
Provide transportation for the principals (upon request).
Conduct oneself in a manner that reflects well on Eagle Eye and the client

To meet those tasks we are looking for the following traits:

Strong Situational Awareness
Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
Proven problem solving skills
Critical thinker
Solid de-escalation techniques (verbal judo)
Strong customer service background
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
