Position : Sales Associate

Job Description : As a Sales Associate, the priority for this position would be customer service, consumer sales, and assisting customers through direct brand education. This person would be responsible for maintaining customer accounts through customer service and increasing sales through direct account setups. Our Sales Associate are infectiously positive, upbeat individuals with a passion for customer assistance.
Position Details:

Customer acquisition and package sign-ups
Supports an environment of genuine customer connect
Stays up to date on active promotions and sales by communicating with our promotional team
Basic sales and customer service
Educates customers of the ins and outs of each of our branded products
Analyze weekly and monthly sales goals determining each team’s target

Qualifications:

Background in customer service is preferred
Is capable of receiving and implementing feedback
Ability to work tablet software provided training
Must be 18 or older
High School diploma or GED
