Position : Security Manager

Job Description : We are looking for a competent Security manager to organize and oversee all security operations of our company. Security personnel will be under your command while you develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain security standards. As security manager, you will have to demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills. You will need a strong commitment to security rules and knowledge of all hazards and threats to safety. Since you will have a number of people under your responsibility, you must exhibit leadership skills. The goal is to create and preserve an environment where employees, visitors and property are safe and well-protected.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Previous Security and management experience desired. Previous law enforcement experience a plus. Excellent customer service required. Ability to effectively communicate with staff, homeowners and vendors. Conflict resolution experience or training.
Ability to obtain or currently have a California Guard Card and valid California Driver’s License. Able to lift 40 lbs. CPR certification required. Must be able to pass a background investigation and a drug test.
Full time – 40 hours per week with the possibility of working weekends, nights and holidays. Security Manager is expected to be available to respond at any time if there is an emergency situation within the Community.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
