Our environment is dynamic, committed to “dedicated service delivery” to our clients and a “best in class” employee experience for our thousands of security and LP officers.Performance Specialist Summary: The Performance Specialist assists in the day-to-day people operations of the assigned market by supporting the Regional Performance Manager in areas such as people leadership including hiring and developing staff; maintaining client relationships; managing staff scheduling, client billing, and payroll; and providing after-hour assistance as needed.Responsibilities: Effectively lead a team of security officers, ensuring engagement, schedule adherence, and team cohesiveness.Build weekly schedules based on contracted hours and shifts, effectively balancing post coverage to maintain no open posts and non-billed overtime.Monitor daily employee time records; ensure time clock adherence, and accurate reporting.Evaluation of client contract requirements to meet client and company performance and compliance standards. Training of new and current employees to meet these standards.Oversee, mentor, and develop site supervisor and security personnel.Complete onboarding and training of new hires in assigned offices.Collaborate effectively with human resources to ensure onboarding, compliance, and employee records are accurate at the time of hire.Work with regional and corporate recruiting teams to develop a bench as needed to meet field client staffing needs.Develop security personnel by establishing training and objectives. Conduct regular evaluations to meet these objectives.Oversee and maintain site post orders.Effectively maintain communication between the client and Metro One LPSG. Manage and maintain all state licensing requirements where applicable.Performance Specialist Requirements: 2 years of supervisory experience in security, law enforcement, or military environment1-2 years of recruitment experienceAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in law enforcement, criminal justice, or other related studies, or equivalent experience is preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skillsScheduling experience preferredAbility to travel 50% of the time locallyFlexibility to work evenings and/or weekends as necessaryJob Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:Security Guards: 5 years (Required)security management: 3 years (Required)Work Location: One location
