Job Description : COMPANY OVERVIEW //

We are an exotic car parts company specializing in titanium exhausts, carbon fiber aerodynamics, and forged wheels. We are nearing year two of being in business and have experienced exponential growth with no signs of slowing down.
We want to add a responsible, driven, and trustworthy individual to our team. Big skill and little ego is a difficult combination to find but all of us at our company strive to achieve this. Our small team is more of a family than a company and we’re looking to add our newest member that can grow with us into one of the world’s leading car parts companies.

JOB SUMMARY //

The newest member will have two main responsibilities:
1. Maintaining and overseeing shipments and inventory as well as the security and safety of our warehouse.
2. Creating systems and workflows to accommodate our ever-growing company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES //

Receive inventory, unbox, and review quality control checklists.
Process and prepare new shipments.
Respond to client tracking inquires via Instagram, Whatsapp, and text.
Shipping coordination with vendors and suppliers.
Monitor orders and inventory using workflows we develop alongside Shopify and UPS.
Create and maintain inventory systems.

Able to maintain a professional rapport with clients and vendors.
Problem-solver and critical thinker.
Autonomous and self-driven.

REQUIREMENTS //

21 years of age or older
Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Proficient at Instagram, Whatsapp, Excel
Clean Driving Record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Positive work ethic
High attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour
