Job Description : Service Coordinator (Customer Service)
What Will You Be Doing?Provide customer service and support, supporting your co-workers, sales staff, and field engineers is the number one priority of a service coordinator.Skills set necessary to succeed:
Coordinate service schedules
Manage customer base in assigned territory
Estimate cost of service
Prepare service contract quotations
Schedule service calls and dispatching field engineers
Sourcing and quoting parts, service, and batteries
Prepare work and purchase orders
Track parts and labor
Manage warranty activities
Resolve issues with orders and contracts with customers
24/7 on-call rotation every 4-6 weeks
Two or more years of experience in customer service call center or dispatching
Ability to quickly solve problems, multi-task and resolve conflicts for and with customers
Ability to talk to customers via phone with excellent people and organizational skills
Should also possess good writing and e-mail skills
Strong computer skills a must
Compensation: $20.00 per hourOn-call rotation compensationHours: Monday through Thursday: 6:00AM – 2:30PM / Friday: 6:00AM – 1:00PMMonday through Thursday: 7:00AM – 3:30PM / Friday 6:00AM – 1:00PMBenefits we offer:
