Position : Service & Hospitality Manager

Mission
To oversee all service and sales positions within the FOH department. To drive sales, increase check averages and create hospitality focused service and sales team within the restaurant. Perform all administrative duties related to scheduling, inventory tracking, responding to all guest reviews, process credit card refunds as well as actively oversee tip logs and payroll on a continual basis
Service & Hospitality Manager reports to General Manager
Outcomes & Operational Duties:
Maintenance & build out of all guest facing employee training manuals & service standards. .
Administrative & Reporting
Day to day venue operational duties included but not limited to:

All administrative Opening & closing duties
Operational checklists
DOH standards implementation & upkeep
Employee sales incentives
Leading and driving sales in daily pre-shifts
SevenRooms guest profile management & Upkeep
Togo Platform Management & Audits

Top Line Sales Growth:

Work with General Manager to enforce “perfect service” as outlined by shopper reports and Noble 33 Standards
Work with sales staff to grow check average to targets as outlined by General Manager

Customer Satisfaction:

Yelp! Online review responses & other online platforms management and responses
SevenRooms guest profile management & Upkeep
Assist marketing in monthly e-blast content & ideas

Departmental Scheduling:

Oversight of departmental schedules as assigned by General Manager

Inventory:

Responsible for inventory of all service related items (CGS)
Responsible for ongoing par sheets as well as ordered service items as needed

Hiring & Training:

Solely Responsible for hiring and training of service team

(Bussers, Runners, Servers)
