Job Description : We are one of the Lithia Motors family of dealerships in Reno, Nevada. We are the fastest growing dealer group in the country providing best in class automotive service. We are growing and looking to add a Service Porter to the Lithia family.
Responsibilities –
· Greet and welcome service customers in a genuinely friendly and courteous manner. Assist all customers promptly and professionally.
· Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel cover, and floor mats in vehicles arriving for service.
· Drive vehicles from service lane to the appropriate parking for service. Retrieve customer vehicles when bill is paid or from direction of the service advisor.
· Assist Shuttle driver when needed.
· Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, it’s employees or customers.
Lithia Hiring Requirements –
· 18 years or older
· Posses an acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license in state of residence.
· Team player attitude.
