Job Description : We’re seeking qualified Site Managers to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and testing facility. Our sites are open for testing from the following hours:
Hours of operation (Hours may change due to need):
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday – Sunday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
We will work with Site Managers to determine a mutually beneficial full-time schedule.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership support and presence for staffEnsure appropriate team member interactions, maintain accountability for attendance, PPE standards, reinforce importance of customer service, enforce employee conduct and behavior, engage in disciplinary actions when neededField day-to-day questions, direct staff to appropriate channels when necessaryAssist with new hire onboarding, including team training and procedure reviewCreate and distribute staff schedulesReceive shipments and stock new inventorySubmit reports and daily inventory counts to the necessary recipientsPartner with peers and leaders as needed for continuous improvementAssist with patient care and serve as Testing Specialist backup when needed. The Site Manager carries the same job duties as a Testing Specialist in addition to management responsibilities.Assist patients with registering on the patient portalExplain the testing processes and ensure patients are kept calm and comfortableEducate basic information about the different test typesPerform the COVID-19 test package including a rapid antigen, rapid antibody, and PCR testConfirm patient information and input rapid test results on company provided tabletsCollect and process payment for same-day PCR results upgradePrepare standard PCR tests to be shipped to the laboratory for processingSeal and label packages with PCR tests to be dropped off with the shipping carrier
Prepare rapid PCR tests to be processed in-houseExplain the timeline for getting test results and how to access testing records on the portalProperly dispose of biohazardous waste and sanitize testing areaWear appropriate personal protective equipment and follow all healthcare guidelines to maintain a safe, sanitary work environmentKeep track of daily inventoryBasic cleaning tasks (sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, trash removal)Other general housekeeping tasks (restocking supplies, charging tablets, basic opening and closing duties)
Qualifications:
1+ year of management experience preferredMust be a licensed or certified medical professional (Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, Certified Nursing Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse)High school diploma or GEDMust be 18+ years of ageBasic computer and technology skillsFlexible availability preferred; nights and weekends will be requiredMust be willing to work holidays and/or overtime as neededMust be able to sit, stand, and actively move around for 8+ hours per dayAbility to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment during times of high volumeAbility to work with a team and cooperate for optimal workflowAbility to tolerate and quickly adapt to change with or without advance noticeMust have reliable transportation and be punctualMust be fully aware of possible exposure to COVID-19 and willing to comply with all safety protocols
The Site Manager is responsible for all staff during scheduled business hours and is expected to be readily available to team members. This position reports to the corporate field manager and may be asked to participate in leadership meetings periodically.
