Key Skills

4+ years experience in residential/commercial interiors
In-depth understanding of how the design process works
Attention to detail and no-compromise attitude towards quality
Job Role
Responsible for checking the drawings, monitoring and follow up to ensure the work progress as planned and according to the project schedule.
Coordination of interior works along with services and finishes as per the drawing and the client’s requirements.
Ensure project quality standards and monitor that the contractors/vendors are maintaining the same.
Communicate any project risks & issues to management and relevant contractors/vendors, as required.
Estimate materials and labour (s) required to achieve project goals. Escalate to the management/contractors/vendors in case of shortage of materials, which are required to achieve project goals.
Provide project reports and work status on a regular basis.
Hold site meetings with all/required contractors.
Hold joint measurements along with client and contractors and certify the.
measurements for invoice preparation for contractors.
