Job Description : Convention & event services business has an immediate need for a high functioning person must have experience and knowledge of social media, including office administration, marketing & promotion. The Body Connection provides onsite spa services, oxygen bar, and chair massage for events and conventions.
A sharp, happy, calm, detail-oriented person with high standards is needed to assist in the office, daily social media postings marketing, and event management and assist remotely and in the office. The best candidate is an individual that is assertive, enthusiastic, positive, can come up with original ideas on promotion, and can brainstorm to create new ways to build the business.
Our office is located on Eastern & East Sunset Rd. however a lot of the work could be done remotely. Must have a computer, car, and a cell phone.
Administrative Responsibilities:

Manage and update Social Media on a daily basis using photographs from recent events
Responding to inquiries for events – emailing proposals (will train)
Document progress of inquiries
Client phone interaction
Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
Update database
Occasional on-site visits to events

Marketing & Promotion:

Helping to promote the Oxygen Bar Service
Locate phone and email address for potential contracts for Boost Oxygen
Promoting Mobile Spa Service packages

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to learn and understand all aspects of the company’s services
Leadership qualities
Good organizational skills
Assertive and creative
Previous experience in marketing or other related fields
General office experience
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
Strong project management skills
Deadline and detail-oriented

Optional:

Occasionally preparing the aromatherapies & setup for the oxygen bar events
Assistance with preparing material for conventions
Helping with locating therapists for events
Manage at event sites, casinos & convention centers

Must have experience and knowledge of social media including office administration, marketing & promotion.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Weekend availability
