We are hiring a Solar Sales Appointment setter for our strong Vegas Team!
Power 22’s solar leadership has been in business for over a decade and grown two companies to over millions in sales and is now focusing their attention on hyper-growth for their Vegas market.

Power 22 is in 3 markets across 2 states and looking for amazing people to join our growing team in this multi-billion dollar industry!
You will be responsible for working with local homeowners informing consumers on the benefits of solar and setting up follow-up appointments for our Sales Consultants (closers).
What You’ll Love:$2,000 Guaranteed paid training!
Full 4 weeks of training paid!
After 1 month of training you start out in the field. If you perform to your metrics/ KPIs then you can choose hourly + commission or strictly go for high commissions and no base – The choice is YOURS!
Your Responsibilities: Going door to door to find prospective customers and create interest.
Schedule:

Tuesday – Saturday schedule, no late evenings, and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

Go and knock door-to-door
Educated prospects about the benefits of going solar
Become a solar knowledge expert overtime
Set follow-up appointments with Sales Consultants (closers)
Help customers lower their current energy bill

Qualifications:

IN PERSON is a must
Ability to build rapport
Positive Go-getter attitude
Detail-oriented
Coachable
Come hungry to grow your career
Previous sales experience/customer service is a plus
Be self-accountable for meeting company and individual goals.
Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time (5-6 hours on average).
Effective communication and follow-up with the team!
