Job Description : Do you have over-the-phone or in-person sales experience? Ready to use your talents for more?
Sales professionals all over know there’s money in Solar but aren’t sure how to get started.What if you can make 6 figures+ but you didn’t have to knock on doors in 110-degree weather and drive around all day just for a CHANCE at commission. What if, you received transferred leads that came in already interested in saving money on their power bill?!
The best part is this Solar program does not require the customer to buy, finance, or lease anything.This program is made available by the local utilities because of mandates requiring the use of clean energy.
So… GASP… You aren’t selling anything and there’s NO cost to the customer. It’s a savings program where customers save money the very 1st month of getting involved. It’s truly a no-brainer.
So here’s what your job is:
Take INBOUND TRANSFERS from our remote team, and help the customer become aware of the program and make sure they are qualified. Once you set the appointment, an engineer will meet with the customer IN-PERSON and go over their savings.You get paid:$200 per qualified appointment(Paid daily).$100 IF the appointment SITS(Paid weekly).
Our virtual team kills it. Average reps set 2 appointments a day, and good ones average 2-4 a day.
Do the math:Appointments a week:
10x $200 = $2000If 60% of those appointments sit that’s an additional $600:=$2600.00/week
That’s if you’re average.I don’t know many sales offices with a floor that high, do you?

Pay: $800.00 – $2,600.00 per week
