Job Description : Thank you for your interest in applying as Store Associate at UPS Store 6535!
We are one of the top 10 UPS Stores in the state of Nevada and are proud to offer outstanding customer service to all consumers as well as a great work environment.
The following is a representative list of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position

Deliver world-class customer service to all retail customers
Receives and processes packages for shipment
Operates copy machine, fax machine, laminating, binding, stamp/postage, and label machines.
Become a Notary (training is provided)
Learn and adapt to current technology needs
Point of Sale (POS) systems
Take ownership of the customer’s shipping problem and offer viable solutions
Take action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Our store hours are:

Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 7 pm
Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm
Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm

Upon being hired, 14 days of training will take place. Schedules will be given based on our availability and no time off will be accepted. After 14 days of training there will be more flexibility with scheduling.
Qualifications required include

At least 1 year experience in retail/customer service
Must be 18+

Physical requirements include the ability to stand for shift and ability to lift 50-75+ pounds
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
