In this Store Manager role, reporting to the Regional Manager for Full Price stores, you will be responsible for growing our brand awareness in this new market, developing a strong business and leading a team of fashion enthusiasts, with a focus on client experience.
Your main responsibilities will be:
· The overall function and management of the store on a day-to-day basis.
· Achieving high operational and merchandising standards
· The achievement of sales goals and maximizing productivity by understanding and analyzing store business needs and executing needed actions to achieve business results.
· Taking a proactive approach to business trends and needs.
· Setting a positive and productive environment by building a high-performance team and creating a premium selling culture.
· Participate in all aspects of store operations, including recruiting and training store associates, co-coordinating store logistics, and working with store team to ensure store is fully operational.
· Lead the team in performing omni channel services and initiatives

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
