Job Description : NCE is actively seeking a motivated self-driven candidate to lead our company’s recruiting efforts and talent management in our Reno, Nevada office or any one of our NCE office location.
Job Description As a new support in our growing firm, the selected candidate will have the ability to implement, direct, and support our hiring managers by leading recruiting efforts for our growing firm. The selected candidate will play a key role in onboarding new staff and may assist with talent management of our current staff.
The selected candidate will be responsible for attracting potential candidates, screen and evaluate resumes, conduct initial interviews with potential candidates, and schedule second interview processes with hiring managers. As a Talent Coordinator, the selected candidate will have knowledge of HR practices.
We are seeking a candidate who can lead and manage recruiting processes including identifying recruitment locations, posting of open requisitions, review resume submittals, perform screening calls with potential candidates, ability to measure skills and work qualifications to match requisition, conduct reference checks. Will have ability to seek potential candidates through networking, social media, college events and use other tactics to pursue top talent. Support recruiting diversity programs and events at local office level. Serve as liaison between company and candidate prior to referring the candidate to a hiring manager.
Must have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality when reviewing potential candidate applications and other required documentation. Analyze recruitment resources through analysis and reports. Track recruiting efforts within the company’s Affirmative Action requirements and, assist in conducting New-Hire on-boarding processes.
Work Experience The selected candidate must have at least 2+ years of strong recruiting experience. Ability to display written and oral communication, organizational skills with the ability to pay attention to detail; ability to build key relationships with hiring managers; juggle multiple work assignments and adapt to changing priorities; exercise discretion and good judgement with confidential information. Have knowledge of using date-driven abilities to track recruiting processes. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint), internet applications andWindows operating systems.
Preferable, but not required: Associate degree or five years of relevant recruiting experience. Prior recruiting experience in engineering and environmental science industry. General HR experience a plus.
Working with our Team The selected candidate will be assigned to our Human Resources Department with support from our RegionalManagers. The selected candidate will be supported in personal career growth opportunities in the field of recruitment and talent management and other HR functions, if desired.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
